There is just the slightest hint of Spring in the air here in Maine. The weather has been positively balmy- over 40 degrees for a couple of days in a row. The dogs aren’t thrilled, because the snow in the front yard has melted into an ice rink and games of Fetch and Chase are on hiatus until it either melts completely or snows again for better footing.
There is a lot of indoor fun, reading, and writing, and Hall-Fetch happening in the mornings here in the house. Here are some of the things I’ve been reading lately:
And, here are some things I’m listening to as I write. As you can tell from my previous post, Setting the Stage, I love YouTube’s ambient music library. You can find so many wonderful compositions for any mood or style of reading and writing. This week I discovered The Enchanted Forest, Volume 3. This music is magical and ethereal, lending itself well to background inspiration for fantasy writing, or meditation of the goddess variety.
If you don’t like to write or read to music, here is a lovely choice: Cozy Rainy Library with Fireplace.
And, just because I love me some Shire:
I hope you enjoy all these tasty treats! Let me know what you think of my choices! I’ll write again soon with more Verity and a release date for Paranormal Times!
Cheers!
Terri
